Wesley Irvin 1cc394e54b Initial Commit 
This is the initial commit of our Nix configurations. base-config.nix
will be a base configuration that any specialized configurations
(desktop, laptop, etc) may be based off of in the future. wes-home.nix
is our configuration for Home Manager.
