Added in the Cargo.lock file as this will be a binary and we need it.
This is just a barebones one for now and will be expanded upon as we add
in new crates.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
